Ingrédients
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 can (220g) chickpeas
- 1/4 cup (60g) tahini
- 1 Tbsp sriracha
- 1 Tsp curry and paprika
- salt to taste
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp agave or maple syrup (optional)
Directions
- Slightly mash the chickpeas
- Mix everything to combine and optionally add some parsley or cilantro.
- Build the sandwich with whatever you want
