Burger au pois chiche

Ingrédients

  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 can (220g) chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup (60g) tahini
  • 1 Tbsp sriracha
  • 1 Tsp curry and paprika
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp agave or maple syrup (optional)

Directions

  1. Slightly mash the chickpeas
  2. Mix everything to combine and optionally add some parsley or cilantro.
  3. Build the sandwich with whatever you want
